Digital goods are delivered instantly, so refunds follow the rules below.

Full refund

Orders that were never delivered are refunded in full, automatically or on request.

Warranty claims

If a product with a stated warranty stops working within the warranty period and we cannot replace it, you receive a replacement or a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

Not refundable

Delivered keys or accounts that work as described are not refundable. Change-of-mind requests are handled case by case — contact support before paying if you are unsure.
